MEET ROB

As a Professional Coach, I have worked for the past fifteen years with leaders, teams and relationships in a broad range of Life/Work situations. Using a strength-based, systems approach to coaching, training and consulting, I am fortunate and always inspired to witness clients leverage and develop their unique strengths, and abilities with growing efficacy.

 

I started Coaching after twenty-five years of work experience in diverse fields, including construction management, book publishing and commercial property management.  This experience gave me insight into individual leadership and the often challenging dynamics of leading  successful teams. As a coach, I navigate the process with heart and humor, applying my life experience, coach training, and intuition on behalf of the individual or teams changing agenda. 
 

My style is direct and head on.  I believe that no matter what you may be wrestling with, the answers you find and the lessons you learn endure, add to your personal leadership,  and prepare you for the next meaningful situation in your life. 

 

Honest communication takes us from our heads into our hearts.

Whether there is something you envision and want to achieve, or you find yourself in the middle of a situation in your life that has you overwhelmed and confused.  I will support you, as you face the change life is calling you to own.
 

Personal leadership is leading from the Inside Out. The Sages of old said simply, “KNOW THYSELF.”  Arguably, this is the central pursuit of our lives, one that informs all other activity.  It can be fun, engaging, and daunting.
