ORSC SYSTEMS Coaching - For this work a system is two or more interdependent entities with a common purpose or identity.

 

I could not share this website without calling attention to Systems Coaching, a pivotal influence on me as a coach and human being. Systems Coaching focus’s is on the whole team or partnership as the  client. And, at same time for the co-active leadership coach the systems perspective adds dimension, breadth and depth, to individual coaching.

All coaching is relationship - partnerships, teams, leaders and importantly relationship to yourself.  Trained by CRR Global in Organization and Relationship System Coaching (ORSC) for me a graduate course. It gave me a robust set of interactive tools and skills that are designed to coach the “System” as a whole (like a forest) rather than individual members (trees). A cornerstone of this work is to "reveal the system to itself," make the relationship visible and conscious to the members. When the system is revealed a shift occurs that informs and transforms the Team in surprising ways.
